Ondo South By-Election: Police Restrict Movement, Strengthen Security Presence
The Nigeria Police Force has announced restrictions on movement across affected areas ahead of the Ondo South Senatorial District by-election, as part of efforts to ensure a peaceful and credible electoral process. In a statement issued before the poll, the police said the temporary restriction would be enforced during designated hours on election day to maintain order, prevent disruptions, and enhance the safety of voters, election officials, and other stakeholders.
