Gov Aiyedatiwa to pay more attention on tourism in Ondo
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state has restated his administration’s determination to promote tourism as a socio-economic development lever. The governor made the statement on Thursday at the 9th annual general meeting and conference of the Nigeria Association of Tour Operators (NATOP), held at the International Culture and Events Centre (The Dome) in Akure, the Ondo state capital. Represented by his deputy, Dr Olayide Adelami, the governor acknowledged the immense contribution of tourism to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of any nation.
