Four corps members die in road accident
The police have confirmed the death of four serving members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in a road accident involving a military gun truck and a commercial Hummer bus on the Narehi axis of the Girei–Song road in Adamawa State.According to a statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, Suleiman Nguroje, the crash occurred at about 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday. He explained that the accident happened when the military vehicle, travelling from Gombi to Yola, collided head-on with the commercial bus conveying five passengers from Yola to Mubi.
