The Nigerian Navy's Forward Operating Base (FOB) in Igbokoda has discovered a significant illegal refining operation in Ojumoka, a riverine community within the Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State. The site was found to contain stolen crude oil stored in forty 300-litre drums, totaling 12,000 litres, along with a metal tank capable of holding 10,000 litres.Captain Aliyu Usman, the Commanding Officer of FOB Igbokoda, reported that the tactical unit of the Navy uncovered the operational illegal refining camp following an intelligence tip-off.
