King Sunny Ade refutes rumors of his kidnapping, stating that he is fine

The management of music legend King Sunny Ade has refuted claims that the icon is either missing or in poor health. In an official statement released on Tuesday, the musician, born Dr. Sunday Adeniyi-Adegeye, denied allegations made by his daughter, Damilola Esther Adeniyi-Adegeye, alleging he had been kidnapped or was unwell. “Contrary to the falsehood and fabricated news dated April 28, 2025, peddled by Damilola Esther Adeniyi-Adegeye and her associates, I hereby state as follows: I am alive and well,” the statement read. The 77-year-old Juju music legend thanked fans for their concern and reassured the public that he is safe. He also warned bloggers and individuals spreading false information about him to desist or risk legal action.

Ondo, NOA partners on mass immunisation campaign

The National Orientation Agency in Ondo State has announced partnership with the Ondo State Primary Health Care Development Agency for a mass immunisation campaign set to take place from May 3 to 10, 2025. The partnership aims to increase vaccination coverage across the state and improve public health. The Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in fulfilment of his electionering campaign promise will flag off the dualisation of Akure Idanre road on Wednesday the 30th of April 2025. Ondo Commences Distribution of First Lady Tinubu’s Largesse for Health Workers Across The State

The Ondo State government has disclosed that 75 percent of health workers in the state, including students studying medicine and nursing, will receive the professional kits donated by Oluremi Tinubu, wife of President Bola Tinubu. CG NSCDC Orders Detention Of Officers Over Alleged N5.2m Extortion In Ekiti
